May it be the people on the road,in the train..wherever,begging is to be banned and discouraged by the public..

..well,if u mean kids begging at parents,to some extent it is ok..bcoz it helps them to realize value of what they get..if they get anything and everything on demand...i think its not a good habit..may lead to habitual problems when they become adults...but of course,nether it is to be exercised in excess..

Of course I don't encourage begging. That's not something any parent should do. Your children shouldn't have to be begging for anything.

as in begging on the street for money or food??? Arhh, no. go to the salvos, lifeline etc...

or as in children begging their parents for stuff? again no.

Honestly, I neither encourage beggers nor help such people by giving anything.
