playstation card easy question?

I got warhawk(asian version) and came with it in place of a headset,a playstation network card!!! This playstation card contains 10 SGD, can u tell me if it's enough to buy only warhawk operation omega dawn? and is it enough to buy only pain? and is it enough to buy pain AND warhawk operation omega dawn???
2- can i buy with this asian playstation card stuff from the U.S. playstation store???

1 i do not know the currency but omega dawn is only euros and pain isnt much either
2 no i have several accounts and my dad has an american and eu card but i cant buy asian store stuff
