It's a term for a Mormon girl or woman who is the perfect Mormon. Follows all the Mormon rules and lives her life by all the Mormon values. You want more of a definition I found it here:

Sure, all the time. It means girl or woman who holds to the standards of the church, and in some circles also means that the person seems perfect in the eyes of others as she is able to do everything and never seems to do anything wrong, or miss doing something right. It's a way of saying that the woman is perfect, at least it seems she is.
For men it's Peter Priesthood, for women it's Molly Mormon. Think Barbie and Ken, except with a Mormon twist. The opposite of a Jack Mormon.

EDIT: Yeah, I've heard from many women that they don't want to be considered a "Molly", but my thought is, Isn't that the whole point? I mean isn't that what we're striving for?

Molly Mormon is a term used to describe the typical, stereotypical I should say, Utah woman that has the perfect family life, kids involved in everything possible, has a sweet little soprano voice, dresses like she is ready for a spring outing with pastel dresses and cute shoes without a hair out of place, has dinner ready for her husband when he gets home and fulfills all of her church callings as well. Most of the time it is used pejoratively instead of complimentarily.
For my part, I don't mind the stereotype and don't think it is an insult, but rather a compliment. For any sisters that feel they might qualify as a Molly Mormon, I say, good for you, keep up the good work.

No, I've hear the term 'Jack Mormon' used to describe a Mormon who isn't strict in the following of the faith, they might drink caffeine or alcohol, for example, or marry outside the temple, but still consider themselves a Mormon.

Yes, we use it all the time to compare ourselves to the stereotype image of the perfect homemaker. We used to get a lot more opportunity to work on crafts. The Molly Mormons would always have their homes filled with past projects.

Molly Mormon is a nickname for a girl who is the "perfect" mormon.
Peter Priesthood is often used to refer to boys of similar disposition.

While it describes a good member of the church, it can also be used sarcastically to indicate that they are prudes or goodie-goodies.

No! I've heard of a "Jack" Mormon - which basically is a mormon who doesn't practice or "cheats" like drinks coffee or smokes.

I am LDS and my friends and I have been known to use that term. We use "Peter Priesthood" for the guys. It's a sarcastic term we use for someone who appears to be "perfect" and sometimes self-righteous.
