While your piercing was still open that clear fluid was probably just lymph. This fluid is produced to clean the piercings out and is part of your body's natural processes. If your nipples did not do this, dirt that got trapped inside would have had the opportunity to cause infection. Your body was protecting itself as it should.
If the discharge is creamy and like a fluid it may still just be lymph. If it is an unusual color like yellow or green it may be an infection. If this is the case see a doctor and get a course of antibiotics
If the material you are experiencing now is thick almost like a wax, sort of like what you squeeze out of a blackhead zit (gross analogy, but it is the closest) then it is probably just a combination of the oils your nipples naturally produce and some skin cells from the piercing. Piercings form a little tube of skin inside themselves. This skin loses cells like the rest of your body. Nipples produce a slightly thicker type of oil to keep themselves moisturized. This oil joins the shed skin in your piercings to make this little bit of gunk you've discovered.
As long as the area seems healthy and is not sore or hot, it is not likely to be infected. It is just your body pushing out this debris to keep itself clean. To deal with it, just soap the area gently in the shower. If you want you can perform sea salt soaks on the area. Squeezing the area excessively will just end up making you sore and may impeed your body's ability to push the material out. Keep it cleaned out, but be reasonable and only squeeze when it looks neccessary.
When will it go away? After your body has decided to break down the rest of the tissue that made up the inside of your nipple piercings. This could take months, it may take years. Just keep the area clean. As long as it seems healthy you've got nothing to worry about.

Well I have mine pierced and have been through this...
The white stuff could be white blood cells building up(good old fashioned puss) because something got into the hole while it was healing back. It could also be a whitehead(build up from years of "things" getting in the hole) If it aches you might want to see a doctor(It could be an infection getting into the tissue) for some antibiotics. Otherwise clean it with alcohol and it should clear up.

My pircings were done 13 years ago and when my left one got torn out 8years ago and I removed the right. Now my right still gets the white discharge and the outside hole on one side is completely closed so it only discharges to one side. The void inside is larger than the outside hole so it gets swollen and painful then I have to squeeze the crap out of it , sucks I wish it had been tore out too my other nipple is fine. Im thinking of repiercing it then not putting jewelry in it maybe it will heal that way.

it's more likely to be lymph than an infection - this is generally produced by recent and healing piercings, and could be being produced as the hole heals up again. nipple piercings generally take many months to heal originally, so probably still take a while to heal up as well (never taken mine out!)
if it hurts, then i'd go first to your piercer, then to a doctor. don't put alcohol or anything harsh on it - sea salt water soaks should be sufficient to keep it clean while it heals

Yes you could, or you could have a hormonal imbalance. A quick trip to the drug store can solve that. Pregnancy tests are cheap.

Go to a doctor. If it is infected, putting lanolin and vitamin E on it would likely make it worse.

Put alcohol or peroxide on the area and Neosporin. If that does not clear it up you will need to go to the dr for antibiotics.
