So this style is known as a bob, or more specifically the "victoria beckham" or the Victorian Bob or VB.
You have to have the right face shape to to this style. Round faces won't work because this style will make you look fat. Narrow faces are not good either. Oval or almond shaped faces work well with the VB.
Over all this is a modern take on the classic bob. it is stylish and light and easy to take care of. It was trendy, but now everyone is doing it. Few people can really "do" it. though.

It all depends on the person really. Some people look great with short hair, then there are some people who do not. The only way to find out if short hair suits you is to give it go. It doesn't matter if it doesn't work out as your hair will eventually grow back.

Some people look better with long hair, some look better with short. :/ You can't really generalize when it comes to something like that, everyone looks different and just because long hair looks good on someone doesn't mean it will look good on the person standing beside them.
As for cutting your hair like Posh~ that seems to be really trendy right now, but you're going to see a lot of people with the exact same haircut as you and personally, that would weird me out a lot. D':
Go to your hairstylist and tell them that you want your hair cut like Posh, and see what they say. Most, if not all, hairstylists have something to say about cuts and colors that you suggest to them, and they'll tell you if they see the cut working with you or not.

I'm a long hair kind of guy.
The long hair shown on shampoo commercials is what I like. It's what I call "television hair". It's thick and shiny and I just want to put my face into it...a...er...well, I mean, it's really nice to look at and touch and smell...and...a...I think I better stop now.

Charlize theron, Ashley Judd, and Ashley Scott (from the 'birds of prey' days) placed rapid-haired chicks on the map. long haired men form of worry me even however, although frequently thinking it purely appears like they are trying too tough to locate a 'seem'... with women, getting to know a seem is ingredient of the deal. in any case, i do no longer be attentive to you, although i'm wonderful definite even you will have the capacity to agree that maximum men with long hair come off as posers. this is form of rare for it to seem familiar on a dude, yet whilst it does, it quite is a splendidly passable seem.

Well I am tall, tall people don't look good with short hair. I like to keep my hair long. If you are needing a new due, then try layering it or some highlights. Fittle around with your hair, and if you decide to butch it then go for it, remember it's only hair, it will grow back and you will never know untill you try it, don't waist your life wondering.

If you have the money try and get one of those computer programs where you take a photo of yourself, load it on the computer and with the program try on many different hair styles! Then you'll get an idea of what you will look like before you cut it!

It all depends on the face. The short hair is not for everybody as well as the long hair.

Go to seventeen.com. I asked a similar question because I was thinking about getting my hair cut like hers, too. I also wanted to kind of know what it would look like first. YOu can download a picture of yourself and try on different hairstyles. They have one on there that is similar to hers. I was reluctant at first to go to that website seeing as that I'm 28, but it was exactly what I was looking for!
Btw....it's free on seventeen. There are other websites, but you have to pay.
