Welcome to the field that the children of the Lord play! I have many days like the one you described. Then I imagine my life if I was blind or deaf, without the functions of my legs, an inhabitant of a third world country, an abused animal… the list goes on. During that day, something makes me feel “lucky” to be feeling so crappy. Remember what your Mom used to say, “You don’t know what the good times are until you have had the bad times” and “Life is what happens when you make plans”? As humans we naturally adapt! We can do anything! My Grandmother has outlived 6 of her children; that makes me strong that she was able to be strong for the remaining two. Hope this helps.

Hello,
I am sorry you are having such a day already :0(
When I wake up feeling like this it is usually because I am in pain and my body is not working right.
The mind is just as important as the body.
Find a good movie or put on some good music. Call friends or family. Go take a walk, do something to get yourself out of that mind frame.
Wish you well.

Sounds like a bluesy day...on days like that, I give myself permission to feel lousy for a while, then I focus on what I need to do. Not every day is going to be great. Focus on the positive things that you are doing or what you did do for the day. Lots of people have days like this. Smile...it'll make you feel better. Sounds dumb but it works.

It sometimes helps to know that you aren't alone when feeling like this. Take some deep breaths and try to slow down as much as is possible, rushing around won't help. Take some time out for yourself.

I need you to take a shower.
Take 30 minutes and just sit in a chair with your eyes closed, breathe slow similar to when you sleep.
Listen to some music (in your car or house) that motivates you.
Kick some ***!
