If somebody overdoses on iburophen... They took between 120 and 150 in three days... What are the effects of that. It's been a week and they seem alright . She did not get sick or anything but she has been peeing a lot and it hurts a little but not to bad. Should she be worried at all?

She really feels fine other than very slight pain. Not really that bothering her....

If there was a kidney or liver problem would'nt there be more symptoms and a lot more painfull?

OMG, what were they thinking. Yes it can definitely cause liver problems or kidney failure. There must have been a reason why they took sooooo many. Get this person to the doctors asap. She may be going to the bathroom a lot and feeling OK now, but there certainly be post traumatic symptoms down the line. Call the operator and get the number for the posion control center.

Hi
Any overdose - even mild - can have negative side effects and we all react differently. I'm wondering if this person that overdosed was yourself??

But either way you or your friend need to get to the doctor who will do a routine blood test and rule out any problems. Peace of mind is very important.

I would call your local health clinic and possibly look it up on WEBMD.com I know that I did something similar to that when I was a teen, and other than feeling sick to my stomach for a few days, I was okay. I hope things are going better for your friend.

need to go to doc, i believe iburophen can cause permanent damage to kidneys. She might be ok, but best to get checked out by a professional

Make sure she isn't peeing blood or anything.

Maybe you should get her to see a doctor...
