No, because if you really really like her, you're just going to want her to yourself. being in an open relationship with someone you really favor is no good. you'll get your feelings hurt when she mentions she's seeing someone else also. same goes with 'friends with benefits/long distance relationships' im sorry, but it never works.
Recently, gone through a similar scenario.
if you do say yes, then you're going to have to understand that she isn't fully committed to you and only you.

There is not such a thing as an open relationship. Open relationship is a no-terms no-definition relationship. There is no relationship at all. Just don't complicate it.. friends is an easier better term till further notice.
