Statutory rape laws vary by location. In some places it may not be legal because of the three year age gap. That aside, once you turn 18 it will not be legal for you to have sex with her no matter where you live. Have you considered that?
Also, it's gross. You're too old for her and should not thinking of having sex with a 14 year old because bottom line, she's not ready. She'll probably do it, but only because she wants to make you happy, doesn't want you to break up with her, and maybe she thinks she loves you.
Date a girl who is at least 16, please. At your age 3 years is a world of difference.

To have sex is of course illegal if both of u are convicted while dating is neither wrong or illegal. But the million dollar question is how long both of you will be able to refrain yourself not acting sex. So be careful and why both of you do not pay more attention in studies that will bring success and establishment in future.

Heh, I'm not going to judge you like all of these other lunatics on here. One, you shouldn't have sex, especially this young with age spread - two, yes it is illegal to have sex underage when there is over a two year age difference.

okay well its not illegal to date her but it is illegal to have sex with her
i was dating a 16 year old and he broke up with me because he said i wasn't old enough i mean i 14 but yea i didn't think it was illegal
but now hes dating my best friend :(

Don't listen to any of these uptight jackas@'s. My grand father married my grandmother when she was 14, he was 18. They had a long wonderful life together. Socieity has gone backwards, I blame the baby boomers. You are not a pervert or a pedifile like the dipsh#t's in here have suggested.

Depends on the state. My state you can be 4 years apart and it not be rape, and age of consent is 14. Just depends look up your states' laws.
