i have bit torrent installed in the system it has stopped downloading pls help?

when i first installed it, it was working great but now after 2-3 minutes it stops downloading

Does it see any PEERS online with more of the files than you? If not that's why it stopped.
If it does, then check the help files for details on configuring a router to port forward properly

Check that the tracker is online, and that you are connected to seeds and peers.

Firewall, router settings, and if all else fails- just reinstall it...
