My dachshund's hair are falling off. Now, her skin is visible. I think there are worms or flea or something in her body. Can she be cured? How long will she recover? Will her hair grow again?

Fleas aren't IN the body, they're skin parasites. This could be fleas, mange, ringworm (a fungus, not actually a worm) allergies or hormonal. Fleas are most likely if you're not treating the dog regularly like you're supposed to. Take the dog to a vet, like you're supposed to do when you're worried about it.

No one here can examine your dog, so no one here can tell you the answer.

Hair loss in dachshunds is fairly common, especially in the chest area, but is possible everywhere. The cause might be anything from a genetic hair loss condition to parasites, or something else entirely. To determine the cause and if there are treatment options, a visit to the vet is certainly in order.

Have you taken your dog to the vet? This sounds like something that will be very simple to cure with the proper medication.

Your dog probably has mange- which is a small parasite on their skin. Read the link below. I know it's wikipedia, I don't trust it since anybody can edit the site, but it has some pics and I'm sure the info is close to accurate. Take your pet to the vet.

It could be mange because when my dogs had it it made their hair fall out but the vet gave them some medication for it.
