for a kit. They give documentation and circuits linked from that page.
Line following can be made challenging by adding some challenges like right angle turns, acute angle turns, gaps in the line and combinations of the challenges.

That's a pretty trivial design with two reflective opto-couplers and two motors. Nothing to it. Not particularly interesting either. I had a toy car as a kid which did that. Booooring.
