Eastlakes is not far from Mascot Airport so you are going to get a fair bit of aircraft noise. If you like golf, there are some excellent golf courses in the area.

If you are talking about Eastlakes as a region that is the East side of Lake Macquarie, then yes, it is a wonderful place to live and has an average to low crime rate.

I work near there and have to say no it is dirty, scummy and wanna be rich house commission dwellers but when the new shop opens I will be first to go
