Since he runs a sweatshop of elves to make all the toys for him, he has all year to devote to his two favorite pasttimes: voyeurism and list-making. He can see you when you are sleeping and he knows when you are awake. He can even see you when you are having sex. He is like God, except without smiting abilities. COAL would be preferable to toys made in China with lead paint. With the cold weather I would wish for coal. Santa doesn't seem to be able to get coal lately. I think he must be listening to the environmentalist.
