Last Sunday I texted my confession of feelings towards a guy and he did not response. So yesterday I left a message on his voicemail saying a good luck and goodbye. For a while a friend of mine kept hinting the guy was interested in me, but it never came out of him to say anything. However, I decided to come forward myself after a few months (almost a year). I wonder if I wasted my ten cents text? lol! Was it the right thing to do? Should I leave another voicemail to take back what I said? What impression does my message leave?

yeah...It's better to tell a person you like them rather than letting the moment pass...hope this encourages your decision...

No, it was not a mistake to confess your feelings to a guy--and as for telling him good-bye, you only reacted out fear. Even if he is not interested in you, the right then to do would be to tell you out of respect for your willingness to be so open and honest with him.
I have had a similar experience: I told this guy that I wanted him, that I had feelings for him, and in the two years that we have been friend he has only said, "I like you" a hand full of times.
At this point I think that it would be best to just take a step back. Let him process what has happened AND let HIM be the one to contact you. If he does contact you let go.
Your message probably left the impression that you were hurt, scared, and confused by his lack of response to you. If he is a good guy, worth your time he will realize his mistake, call you and apologize for being so insensitive, and explain his reaction to you. Perhaps, he has never had someone be so direct with him and he was in shock. But no matter what happens take care of your heart and don't keep trying to offer it to someone that can even respond to you.

Your mistake was texting him your feelings. Texting is not a relieable source of communication for such things because so much can get lost in translation.
Call him and if you get his voicemail tell him you would like to meet him so you can talk in person.
If he answers then talk to him about it right now.

You gave the impression of honesty and being open about your feelings. If he doesn't respond, move on. Take it as a sign to not waste another year wondering.

That message tells him you're decisive and you're worth it and you won't put up with his crap. Maybe he was shocked. Maybe he is scared and doesn't know what to say. There are a thousand more mabeys. All that really matters is that if you call and take it back, you look like an indecisive wimp and that's very unattractive. Move on. Date new guys. He'll come running and if he doesn't, you're putting your heart somewhere it won't get any love. Best of luck.

It says that you are just as unsure as he is. He may be just as nervous as you are. Try a different approach, reach out to him. Look in his eyes they cannot lie. If he cannot look at you it may be because you make him very nervous. Encourage him to step up, ensure him that you do not bite....hard. Quit second guessing yourself and go with your initial instinct. He must really like you if you make him this nervous trust me.

What's done is done. There's nothing you can do to erase it or take it back. Clearly the dude's not interested. Let it drop and move on.
