So here's the deal. I work in the kitchen in this restaurant. My chef is only 22 and quite attractive (to me). I'm 19. Is it wierd that i think she's attractive and like her (cause she's my boss)? Is there any thing i can do about it?

hehehehhehe.....come on...it is so HUMAN if you are attractive to a pretty women, no matter who she is!!!

she's 22 and you're 19, so what? it's only 3 years old differents..no big deal.

honestly, if you are serious to like her (mean, you have his intention to ask her out)...be friends first with her, see how's things going between you too... if she looks like giving a sign back later, then you go man!! ask her out!!!

speaking of bounderies between she's a boss and you are a part of her team, you both can settle it out easily. be professional at work! that's a must...

I'm sure she already knows that you think she is attractive. You two are not so far apart in age but the thing is she IS your boss. Is she married? Does she have a b/f? If yes, then keep your mouth shut and work, if no, then ask her how she would like to go to a movie and a dinner with you "because I like you a lot".
That's it, good luck!

An attraction is an attraction. It's part of who we are and what we feel. Unfortunately, an attraction is something that we can't turn on/off. If your attraction to her is strong enough that you want to approach her about your feelings/attraction to her...then do so.

Some people say work and pleasure are to be kept seperate, but our feelings are difficult to seperate from ourselves.

Regardless of what anyone says or recommends...you've got to follow your heart. Hang in there a little longer, get to know her a little better and...you'll know whether to persue her or not.

Good Luck!

That can be tricky. Dating your boss is a hard one. If people found out they could say that she favours you. If you ever date try and keep work and your personal life seperate.
Go on take the chance. Do you know if she has a boyfriend or likes you?
If she doesn't have a boyfriend and you think she likes you then ask her out on a date.
Good Luck.

Iam very much agree with "cute girl"

"It's weird to have attractions for people at work...been there done that, but you have to ignore it...business and pleasure does not work well....i would find other fantasies to focus on...lol"

Business and pleasure can't work together... it may be hurts any one of the involving persons in forcomming days..

its better to suggest you plz keep avoids and always think about own business..

You could always ask her out, who knows what will happen? She might feel the same for you. I ended up going out with someone i worked with and we are now married with 2 kids. Although i do have to say that after about 6 months of going out he had to change jobs as it was just too hard to go out with each other plus work with each other.

there's a lot you can do and it isnt weird, in fact its very common for someone to like someone they work with, but I live by the motto 'never dip your pen in the company ink'
sorry- i dont always agree with work romances although i know quite a few people it has worked for ! good luck!
