How does one accumulate 80 tons if one is not in the scrap metal business? I could see someone finding 8kg maybe even 80kg at a junk yard and be wondering if they can make a profit on it, but 80 tons? I would think you'd know better than anyone else on Y!A what the price is.
It seems to be hard to find a price on the web, a lot of sites require one to login in order to access prices, but if you are in the scrap business you might want to subscribe to one of the services.

Ti is fairly expensive because of the cost of extracting it from ore and because it is a high melting point metal and very reactive so it has to be melted in special furnaces. Best thing is to call a scrap metal dealer. If you really have 80 tons, you can probably find a large number of scrap dealers who will give you prices.

Sure. Did you carry that in your pocket or did you use a duffel bag?
:-)
Titanium, by the way is quite cheap. What makes Titanium parts expensive is the machining. Can you melt, mold, cut and roll, too?
