There was a cartoon aired in 1992 called Noel about a christmas tree ornament that came to life. It was a childhood tradition to watch it every year, and now I can't find it anywhere. Anyone that can help, or that remembers the 'toon?

I certainly know what you're talking about. The cartoon was called "Noel" and it centered on a glass Christmas tree ornament that came to life. It first aired on NBC in 1992 but began airing in syndication the following year. Christian TV stations also ran this 'toon for ages during the Christmas season.

It was made by animator Burt Strafford and featured Charlton Heston as the narrator.

The last place that I know that this cartoon aired was the late lamented Black Family Channel, which ran this cartoon each Christmas season. It was released on VHS and DVD but it is hard to trace (the DVD release may be a little easer to find as it might be among the discount Christmas DVD bins).
