if not ? is anything helping you? sources friends? and what percent are you at or reach from being healed?out of 100 of course. 50% being poor, 60 improving, 70 ok 80, better, 90, good 100% healed!if relates to anyone?

If you are meaning a guy that I loved in the past, you don't. Can't ever get over that!!! It fades over time, but if he came back into my life, or wanted to, I would take that chance in a heart-beat.

Take one day at a time just try not to think about being hurt for a day and if you do try not to get upset and then do it again and again every day and very quickly it will stop bothering you. Faith helps a lot, I believe that we are just used as pawns in this world. When someone hurts me even though they think they have power I know they don't have any power over me or my life's path. God was either working through them to bring me somewhere new or he will use what they did to bring me goodness farther down the road. Another thing that helps is getting to know yourself and realizing that their are people that care about you. Things people do and say to you bother you less and less when you know you love yourself. Finally always forgive who ever hurts you. Do these things and I can guarantee know matter what is done to you, you'll always be healed 100%.

I agrre with most of your other answers, you dont get over someone at all if you are still in love with them. I got hurt by her a lot of times all for the same reason, she couldnt let go of her past and move on. She had a abusive marriage and all her relationship before were abusive or violent too until she met me who gave her nothing but love and affection towards her and her four children but this it seems wasnt enough or it was so foreign to her she didnt know what to do. sad I know. Heaps of friends and family have told me to forget her and move on but when someone is constantly in your face either at work or online there is not much I can do and there is no way Im changing jobs or getting rid of her chat link.
I am such a loser.

100% healed... we dated for 3 years... he broke up with me 1 day before Christmas....
so he could date another girl which he got pregnant..
it took me 2 years to get over him.. but im great now :)
he even tried to get back with me more than once in that period, but i held my head up high, and just said to him "my love is a one way road... i don't do any U turns"
i believe you can get over the love,etc. only the memories remain, but they are just memories, nothing more, nothing less.
you make it happen, no one else does. if you want to stop it badly enough, it will stop...
it takes time and work ,but just keep busy and you will be fine :):)

It takes a little while to get over love pains but after a while you would feel 100% cured.

it never gets better you just learn to live with it. there is still 2 girls if they called me and said "i want to give it another shot" i would leave my wife
