How can I get Naturalization records from USCIS without waiting 2 years?

If you are already Naturalized and need the Certificate of Naturalization, you can file the Form N-565 Application for Replacement Naturalization/Citizenship Document with the filing fee of $380. I don't think it would take 2 years for the certificate.
