Jesse is Cajun. His parents are from Louisiana of French descent. His father is also a minister of the Gospel.

He is Cajun from Louisiana,,they are a mix of several different races,,,french,,white, black, native American....

He seems to be predominately white. But he has that New Orleans flavor to his speech and manner...

He looks like an ordinary white guy from Louisiana to me. I assume his parents are too.
