I have 6 on my right arm and one one on my left and I want to fill in what I have so far but I cant pick what desine I want to fill it with

I let my tattoo artist do whatever he wanted for the filler on my sleeves. He did all of the other tattoos, so he knew what kind of theme I was going for. If you're stuck on what to fill them in with, talk to the tattoo artist and see what he comes up with.

If the tats have a common theme, go with the theme. My right arm is a kind of magic theme and my left is kinda Native American. The tats in each case go with one another although they may not exactly be like one another.
If there is no underlining theme, you can go with the basics...flames, smoke, outerspace, water....things that fill a void. Some of the bio-mechanical stuff looks good if it's done right.
If nothing else, start working with one tat, fill around it with things that go with it (if you have an eagle, put in a mountain scene that reaches up to another tat). Then start with the next tat and do the same.

I used a rusty nail when I was in prison. It is a great way to impress chicks.
