how can i see more hogs in tha winter time?

Go to a zoo that has a controlled habitat, the Groundhog the problem with them in the wild is, they naturally hibernate, and their food supply is not readily available all year round.

A pick & shovel or a backhoe are the only way you will be able to harvest them in the Wintertime.*

You won't ...They hibernate just like Bears do and you won't see them again till next spring!
