What are your moral values? Elaborate please.
ETA: There are several jobs that makes lots of money but that would respect your moral values. You could be a doctor, work in real estate, go into business for yourself, work in law (not all lawyers lie). Anything you want.
Maybe try taking one of those career quizes and see if it will help you narrow down your search:http://quiz.ivillage.com/uk_work/tests/career.htm

What values are those?
If you are against alcohol and tobacco, and take a job running a mutual fund - better make sure it's one that will allow you to forego those types of investments.
If you are against marriage outside of a religion, then don't open up a civilian marriage chapel.
If you feel you must tell the whole truth at all times, then don't become an attorney.
If you feel that jobs should stay in your country, then don't apply at an international corporation.
In each of those jobs, though, you have the opportunity to extend your moral values - you could be an attorney for a downtrodden class, or introduce people to religion when they come get married - it all depends how you look at the coin you're flipping.

Engineering. Medicine. Both can pay well if you put in the work to get trained.
Unfortunately, there is corruption everywhere in this world, so your moral compass just has to go with you anywhere you go.
Some jobs may be more likely than others to put you in situations where you have to stand up for your morals, but you may have to do that anywhere.

I don't know what your personal moral values are, so be a lawyer, a prosecuting attorney.

Start your own business. That way you are the boss, and you can follow your conscience. You may not make a lot of money right away, but what you do make will be clean.
