I hate having emotions, I like being a woman but I want to think and be heartless like a man. Can testosterone pills help get a handle on my emotions?

I mean CAREFREE like a man they just seem lucky too me they don't cry and they can dump on people and never look back!

It sounds like you haven't met some of the very tender and sensitive men who are out there in the world.
If you are meeting guys between the ages of about 15 and 30, I agree that most of them (who I have met) seem to be rather heartless and full of bravado. That doesn't mean that deep inside they aren't feeling as much as you do. It means that males aren't supposed to show their feelings--it is sissy or everyone thinks they are gay. Now would you want to be labeled like that for showing emotions?
If you are serious about a guy and wonder about his seeming indifference to your feelings, ask him! Tell him that you feel he doesn't care and that hurts your feelings. If he is a true friend and really is interested in the whole you, he should come around. If he doesn't, cut your losses and go find someone who is better in touch with his feelings and can give you what you want and need in those situations.
Don't do the testosterone thing unless you want a deep voice and hair in all the wrong places!!!!

NO! testosterone will mess up a female's balance, make her grow facial hair and she will be even more emotional than ever.
If you have problems with emotions, see a cognitive behavioral therapist, they can help you learn coping mechanisms.

Ha, Ha, Ha! Good one! I think the better question is, if a guy takes estrogen will it make him actually care and have emotions?!
