Jesus resurrected after 3 days and went to Heaven.

Before Jesus was born on earth he existed in heaven in a spirit form that we know as the "Son." The other two spirit forms, natures, persons, we know as the "Father" and the "Holy Ghost." The Father and Son were never actual (as we know the usage of the terms) father and son. These terms are used by us so that we have some idea as to the relationship of one to the other.
When Jesus (the "Son") was born on earth his spirit nature was joined with a physical human nature in a supernatural way that we cannot understand. Jesus became fully human and, at the same time, fully God. When He was alive on earth he knowingly and willingly suppressed His divine nature so he could live as an actual human being. Because of this suppression He often did not know things that He obviously would have known if He had still been in heaven.
When Jesus was crucified His physical being was actually killed. He really died and it was this death that allowed Him to pay the price necessary for the salvation of sinful human beings. As God in spirit form He could never have been killed so it was necessary for Him to assume human form so that He could become the sacrifice necessary for our salvation. When He rose again on the third day He defeated death, Hell, and sin and made it possible for us to live with Him in heaven.
Jesus is back in heaven now and, even though He still is God/man, His God nature is predominate now and He knows everything that God knows. He knows when He is coming back as He is God and only God knows when that day is.
He is actual and forever God, He is our Savior and Lord, and He will be the one we answer to when He judges the human race.

Jesus is the son of God. Jesus died and was resurrected.

The following scriptures prove there are 2 seperate beings here. Stephen as he was being stone saw this in a vision of heaven in acts and Paul told us the scripture in Romans that Christ stands on the right hand of God making intercession
for us. If Jesus and God were the same he would not need to make intercession to noone now would he.

Acts 7:55
But he, being full of the Holy Ghost, looked up stedfastly into heaven, and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing on the right hand of God,

Acts 7:56
And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God.

Romans 8:34
Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Well Done...
Excellent question...

Well only if Jesus was God...

But the scripture clearly show he is not...

Son of God is a clue for one...

But Matthew 24:36 - "Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father."

Jesus is the Son, if he was part of a trinity he would know the time of the end... As he would be the Father too...

John 14:28 - "YOU heard that I said to YOU, I am going away and I am coming [back] to YOU. If YOU loved me, YOU would rejoice that I am going my way to the Father, because the Father is greater than I am."

The Father is greater than Jesus...

Philippians 2:6 - "who, although he was existing in God’s form, gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God."

Jesus is not equal to God...

Need I show more...

Journey Well...

Um HELLO!? The father (GOD), the son (JESUS) and the HOLY SPIRIT. Thats the trinity---they are all real and all exist...while people dont give the HS his props they should---that small still voice or what non beleivers call a conscience, is the HS in your ear!

God sits on the throne and will be for all time---He is everlasting! Jesus is not dead-He died (past tense) was buried, went to hell, beat Satan in his own house and took the keys so that we may have life and have it more abundantly! He died for us so we could miss hell and spend eternity in Heaven! (IF WE BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS of course!)

So Jesus isnt dead.

Jesus is the Almighty God, the Father, Emmanuel according to Isaiah 9:6, "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace." This prophecy was declared long before Christ was born. Notice He is called the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace. This prophecy was fulfilled when God took upon Himself a robe of flesh, became a man to die for humanity.
I John 3:16 tells us, "Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren." Who died for us? Jesus did! He is God! Col. 2:9, " For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily." Praise His Name He lives and dwells forever and ever!!

Jesus rose from the dead 3 days later. So I guess for a period of 3 days, God was dead.
