I have hypermobility. I believe I have a shoulder subluxation. I have extreme pain in my shoulder when I lift my arm. I can't even lift my arm above my head without this extreme sharp pain. What can I do to pop my shoulder back into place? I've had this happen in the past where I'll be in pain for three or four days, and it'll finally pop back in on its own. I just can't take this pain for days. Please help. Thanks.

Go see a doctor. You probably need X-rays. The doctor can reduce it and relieve your pain. Also if this is chronic, you can cause increased damage to the joint, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. It will not get better on its own.

you're going to have to see a physiotherapist/chiro/or sports doctor asap to prevent any long term damage. you're also going to have to figure out ways to strengthen the joint itself. strengthening your rotator cuff muscles can play a very important role.
i'm hypermobile myself however because of the laxity, my joints always pop back into place so for yours to remain partially dislocated warrants some more attention.
