I use Mircrosoft Works 8 on my other PC, but I need to get the files to Microsoft Word. I can't open the files with the latter. Copy/paste does not work. Will it work if I copy the script to WordPad, save it, and then copy it over to works?

Either save the Works document as RTF or DOC Check your "Save as type" box when you click Save As.

Or load the WPS filter into Word from the install disk.

If Works 8.0 has an option to save to RTF instead of WPS then it might work. Word can open RTF files.

Or download StarOffice (free download and legitimate) and see if that helps you...
