You should try an English as a second language program. I recommend Rosetta Stone software.

How you learn to speak English.....

1. Find a group of friends and just practice for like an hour each day. Speak only in English for that time so that you learn to wpeak in your native language.

2. You can try websites. They may help. I like the pages on about.com. They help me sometimes when learning about french.

3. Watch movies. You can try this without subtitles too because it will force you to try to understand.
In addition you can also try to do a dictation. Write down what you hear in English.

4. Listen to songs. This will help you learn vocab, and more about the culture

5. Get a dictionary and look up words. Maybe try to learn at least 1 new word each day.

6. Read English newspapers, books, and magazines

7. You can even try to buy language books at a bookstore.

Good Luck! I know English is a very challenging language, but you can master it if you really want to.

the best way is to read alot, it really helps your grammar.

As you learn about sentence structures and get some general idea how to use the language in a proper way, speaking it is just basically saying all the words out loud.

I find watching english movies helps. they aren't always 100% gramatically correct, but its more than enough to teach you how to speak well.
