I honestly cannot believe some of the answers I read here!! Eye drops!! No!!!
And Carrots? Maybe long term....and you may notice a difference in , oh say three to four decades...nothing ceases to amaze me anymore..and no, Vitamins, etc. will not make that BIG of an impact that you would have to cease wearing a correction if that 's what you're attempting to do.

Ideally, yes, when using a screen at home, school or work with your computer, you will reduce eye strain when it is adjusted appropriately from the distance you are working.

It can be said that long term use of Vitamins, and so forth, MAY have an impact on visual testings..but you didn't really say what it is that you're trying to correct. If you are attempting to get away from wearing contacts or glasses, then perhaps you may want to consider seeing a Doctor about Corrective Surgery, or Lasik Surgery. Sometimes this can be an option. It does NOT work for everyone!

If you do not wear glasses or Contacts right now, but are finding that your vision is giving you trouble, then by all means, see an Optometrist and have an Eye Exam done to determine if you have a need for a Correction!
Good luck!

There are natural things you can do to improve your eye vision. Eat more carrots, and sweet red peppers, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, etc. Everything you eat affects everything in your body, so it stands to reason that the foods you eat will affect your eyesight too.
