If your askinga question about secretary skills in a singles and dating category it doesnt bode well for you. A secretary needs to be orgainzed, be able to multitask, and should be fairly smart, posting this here isn't what you need to do. The only way someone should post it in a singles and dating section is if they want to go "above" their obligations to their boss.

A great secretary is able to think and anticipate the executives moves and needs, 2 steps ahead of him / her.

If they mention travel, already have reservations and flight plans before they ask you.

Manage and organize their meetings, and remind them, because they are forgetful.

Your post has an echo...and I believe I saw this question already. Perhaps if you posted in Employment or a related category you'd get the relevant answers you seek. This is Singles & Dating.

Typically a secretary should have good computer skills, good communication skills, be organized, efficient, responsible, and often her (or his) boss's right hand.

HI! i will try to help you the best I can!

First of all, the number one trait is: BE RESPONSIBLE!
Show up on time and be dependable!

second: Communication! ARticulate things very clearly and give out compliments lavishly.

Another one is loyalty.

You also have to be good at typing. go to typingtest.com to increase and see your typing speed.

She's got to be smarter than the man who hires her.

Then again, that applies to a wife, she has to be smarter than the man who marries her!! He he!!! Two points!! :)
