You will will get shampooing/conditioner and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom or as you say the ubiquitous all in one soap dispenser.

I have been on several RC cruises and just finished one a couple weeks ago. Our cabin on the Mariner of the Seas had a shampoo dispenser but they provided a small bar of soap and no hair conditioner or lotion. It was pretty much the same on all of the other RC ships I have been on which include the Freedom, the Adventure, the Jewel, the Brilliance, and the Empress.
Things may be different in a suite but no other things are supplied in a balcony cabin. There was a hair dryer.

Yeah most cruise ships give you an all in one soap dispenser in the showers, and they provide those travel size bottles of shampoo and conditioner but I would definitely recommend bringing your own if you prefer a special brand or dont think that would last you the entire trip.

This is one of the better cruise lines and you will be provided shampoo/conditioners and soaps. There are numerous gift shops on board if you should decide to purchase any other bath products as well. Very customer service oriented. Evening dinners are excellent. Have fun.

We always bring ours own, but on Carnival, small bar soap, body wash, and shampoo are provided. I'm sure you can buy more in the shops or ask for some from the cabin steward too.

Yes, but I always being my own. The provide you with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and body wash. They are travel sized, and if you have long hair you are screwed. Just pack your own, and you will be happy!
