Crabs are little ctiny reatures that live in the hair in the groin area.

Crabs are located in your pubic hair. Pin worms are actually located in your GI tract. The pinworm test entails applying a piece of tape to your rectum at night before bed, if you wake up and there's worms stuck to the tape, then you have pin worms. Also, if you experience rectal itching, that is a sign that you have pin worms. There is a big difference between the two.

ooookay, um.
Crabs are like lice that you get on your head, but they affect the pubic area instead.
Pin worms affect your stool and live in your digestive tract. Two totally different things.
