where can i download a free, GOOD, latin dictionary for WINDOWS?

also, what is the best free translator i can downlaod? i have Lingoes now.

That will take you to William Whitaker's Words. It's the best and easiest to use dictionary that I have found.

As for a translator, I have yet to find one that works well enough to be worth the trouble to download.
