Yes, there are reasons. Supernatural reasons? Most likely not, but it is good that you are okay!

More important than what I make of it, what do YOU make of it?
Why not do a little soul searching and ask yourself what should you do with the rest of your life?
For all you know these could have gone worse; much worse.
you're probably a good driver; but even the best of drivers have a hard time on ice; just accept the fact that every day is a gift, and try to make the best of it.
God bless!

That doesn't mean God "saved" you as the other man said; He's in trouble if that's how HE thinks you are saved!
God wasn't done with you yet! He has a plan for you life and you need to listen to him because he's telling you something allowing you to go thru this!
First off get your heart straight with God, Ask for forgiveness of your sin,
Thank Him for paying for your sin's on the cross and ask him to help you live your life according to HIM (not some "religious" church).
Find yourself a NON-Denominational church (Bible Church) and GO!

Sean, The Scriptures say in Ecclesiastes 3:1-2; To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
A time to be born, and a time to die;
It was not your time to die.

If it was snowing, I would assume that all the other drivers were being sensible and driving to the conditions. This way they are able to avoid the unexpected.
There is nothing divine at work here - just good driving. You were lucky.

Thursday: 1 US Soldier, 26 Iraqis Killed, 36 Iraqis Wounded.
36 others were killed in traffic accidents in the recent winter storms. I bet many were believers.
What makes your event so special?
It's all in the math.
I just hope you don't come down with a case of survival syndrome when you see later on the news others were killed.

God is sovereign over all things, big and small. He chose not allow you to pass to the other side today. Perhaps He will use you for His purposes in the future. Have you thanked Him yet?

Sometimes when things go wrong I yell out that "God hates me", and then I realize all the times he carried me. Just as he did for you. Thank God.
