Consider the outdated use of the interrogative pronoun "Whom"

Examples:

Who was with you last night?
He was with me.

Whom were you with last night?
I was with him.

Who talked to you?
He talked to me.

With whom did you talk?
I talked to him?

Who learns how to speak English properly these days?
I learn how to speak English properly from my teacher.

From whom did you learn that?
I learnt it from him?
