Do you think you can hide from The Lord and what you think you got away with? Everyone eventually is going to know about what you did and how you did it, no matter how much you try to cover it up.
Did you air out your dirty laundry today?

You started out with a really good philosophical question here. What happened?

cloning necessitates the use of the original which would theoretically at least require the permission of the original or its legal guardian. so it's not theft because you aren't taking the original but could be unethical or illegal on the grounds i describe above.

and what does the lord have to do with cloning anyway?

Unless you have a copyright, it's not theft...as for dirty laundry, that is best left private. Popele have their own problems without wanting to look at others. Airing private matters in public is self indulgent and frankly, a bore.

"problem" and "em me" have pretty much had this question covered. i was bummed when i read the details.

between humans, it's total copywrite infringement and someone's gonna get sued.

between us and the Lord? I'm not religious but I'd like to think that He/She is a little bigger than acting in the manner that you're suggesting. He might think it's clever that we try to mimic this with our learning - or hopefully be flattered with how we are progressing from the tools he gave us...

Only if you applied for a patent. God has yet to make one confirmed appearance in the History of mankind, much less stop by at the patent office.

So in short,No Patent No Theft.

Copyright is a human invention. God did not say Thou shall not clone. Further, God made man or man made God - the question is yet to be settled!
