Cause they look cool. I've personally thought of having one done in New Zealand since I have a friend there who's father designs them. They are special tribals called Ta Moko, they are designed based on who you are and where you come from... they're pretty neat :)
Not on my face though, lol

It's not your place to tell people what they can and cannot do to their bodies. It's their decision. I personally don't have an arm band and I don't plan on getting one, but who am I to tell people they shouldn't do it? It's not my place. Nor is it yours. I am not being rude, but maybe you should worry less about what other people decide to do to their bodies.

Because that is one of the few TRENDY tattoos for guys - girls have the "Heart on the buutcheek" and the "tramp stamp", but that's all that we've got...
And like ANYTHING trendy - it has been done to DEATH, and looks cheap and unoriginal ;););););)
