When my mom is mean i ask her she says i am not she always want get mad at me I try to be nice to her but she doesn't care and makes me cry (i don't know what to do help

There is different kinds of abuse.If she is beating you , leaving marks, and is very bad go to the police and show them. Make sure it is not just you ! They will put you in a foster home. You both may need to go talk to a doctor to see how to talk to each other. Only you know what needs to be done. But I would not let anyone beat me. Spank yes beat no.

it really depends on your definition of 'hit' if its just a jack slap over the head, thats just to teach you a lesson. Now if she punches you or kicks you where it leaves a mark 'and or' pain for several days then contact the police.

That depends on where you are.
If what she does is child abuse under the law whereever you are, tell an adult.
If not all you can do is stay out of her way or appeal to Dad or grandparents.

You know, this may be that 'time' in her life. YOU keep being good to her, she'll realize it. Maybe even mention it to a grandparent or one of her good friends. You'll be okay. Don't take it to heart.

if she hits you for no good reason then contact the police but if you really deserve it think it over and dont do it again
