We have two sister kittens that are 5 months old. I just noticed that they have two sets of fangs on top (4 fangs total)! Is this normal?

My kitten had 4 of the fangs when he was 5 months. One eventually came out on its own, but the second one had to be pulled - it was done during the time of his neuter though, so he was under anesthesia.

Usually by 6 months all the baby teeth should be gone. Keep an eye on them and talk to your vet if the baby teeth don't fall out in a couple of weeks.

Baby teeth fall out and the adult teeth come in. Sometimes it all happens at once so you'll see doubles on the fangs since they slide in behind each other. Give it a week or two, he'll only have the adult fangs then.

They're teething.

If they don't lose the smaller fangs in a couple of weeks, have a vet look, to make sure the teeth aren't stuck, as it's not good, if they don't lose them.

No it is not normal. My cat had two fangs and she lost it but I had her mouth checked by the Vet. Your cat has not lost her baby fang. Have the vet check it so he can remove the right one.

it means that they are teething the smaller set will drop out & they will bleed a little as well but there is nothing to worry about unless it seem that they are in a lot of pain then take them to the vet
