Actually many children are taught that a monster does exist, his name is God,and if you don't bow down in slave like adoration of him he will torture you for eternity. Amazing the garbage people will fill their childrens heads with.

You know I was just asking myself about a week ago why do we teach our kids that monsters don't exist then turn right around and say, "but there's a red-skinned, fallen angel, horned MAN-BEAST waiting for you in a PIT OF HELL AND DOOM if you don't be a good Christian."? It just seems a bit.....hypocritical doesn't it?

"but there's a red-skinned, fallen angel, horned MAN-BEAST waiting for you in a PIT OF HELL AND DOOM if you don't be a good Christian."? The Bible never said such thing. The Bible is the Root and Foundation of our religion...again the Bible never said such a thing.

I have a similar thought about the topic.
Let's say you have a three year old son. He comes to you one evening, and says, "Mommy / Daddy, there's a monster under my bed!" You take his hand, lead him to his bedroom, lift up the bedskirt, and gently explain that there is, there never has been, and there never will be a monster underneath his bed.
Let's say that a week later, that son comes to you one evening, and says, "Mommy / Daddy, is there really a God?"
Christians reassure him that there is.
Now, let's consider:
A) The three year old cannot prove the existence of the monster, but they believe it is there.
B) Christians cannot prove the existence of the monster, but they believe it is there.
In one case, the child is told that he's thinking of rubbish; there's no monster. In the other situation, he's told that there is in fact a "God."
If you exchange the two, why not tell him that there is a monster, but there is no God?
If you ask me, that's just as logical.

See it is taken into consideration one of various motives i can't stand romance movies in hollywood. It supplies women human beings this wish that sometime they are in a position to have a romance like this. you will by no potential have a romance like various of those movies previous the 1st 6 months of relationship somebody. it quite is an unrealistic expectation of guys. (and girls human beings for that count) it quite is a fictional action picture. i think of between the main suitable jokes i've got heard concerning to it is..... in case you like me to act like between the lads in a romance action picture, then you definately ought to start up dressing and performing like a porn action picture star in mattress. you are able to have an fairly good relationship, yet they require artwork and don't in basic terms take place over night. supply up waiting for this and putting lots stress on men.

Only parents who think like children will teach their kids to believe in some imaginary creatures, but not in others.
It's so strange, that people can be so sensible about most imaginary creatures, but then their brains seem to short- circuit when they consider matters of religion.

There has never been a time when I heard any Christian say such stupid things. btw, you need to get a life and quit trying to words into the mouths of others just to make your own argument.
