How do you think Cynthia Nixon (Miranda) hid her breast cancer while the show was filming,she was diagnosed in 2002 so I was curious as to how she continued.

She gave birth to her son in December 2002, so she must have been diagnosed during her pregnancy. I'm just guessing.
Sometimes chemo doesn't cause hair loss. It just depends on the drugs they give you. My father-in-law has colon cancer and hasn't lost a strand of hair from the drugs yet.
They can hide a lot of things during filming. They hid her pregnancy during season five along with SJP's. She was just a month or so behind the due date of SJP. So maybe her treatment was delayed too until after filming? Maybe that's the other reason the season was so short?

I didn't know that either. Wasn't that the same year Sarah Jessica was pregnant? So maybe they taped around it?
