Could be ringworm and/or a skin infection. Sounds like a trip to the vet for medicine is in order.

You need to get your Dane into a vet and get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Vet! quick if this is spreading. Could be a staph infection. In any case, you can find out what is is and how to properly treat it before it worsens. ; )

Could be from the salt on the sidewalks during the winter. I would recommend giving your dog a bath. It could also be a tick if you leave your dog outside for extended periods of time. It could also definitely be ringworm (which my dog had and got treated for). It could also be a food allergy if you recently changed brands of dog food.

If it continues to spread you might want to contact your local vet.

Mange, ringworm, or got cut and is infected, call your vet and take him as soon as you can, don't let spread any further
