as a Christian , my happiness is when i come closer to God , and if losing my work ,or money or land or even my health for Christ i will be happy , this is where the happiness is , think in it in the right way , if you believe that your happiness is where u feel comfortable , eat, drink whatever you want and live in the best places ,( those materialistic stuff) then you have already given up you religion----- in case you are Christian---- as a Christian your true joy will only be in God , that doesn't mean that having good things in your life is a bad thing , u have the right to enjoy them , but the true ,complete and lasting joy will be in Christ

Yes of course. The religion that teaches you not to find happiness is the wrong religion. Any such religion that asks you to give up such thing is a cult! We should all search for happiness, and when you find it hold on to it and never think otherwise. Take care.

Shouldn't ones 'religious' or 'spiritual' defines BRING happiness into your Life?!? Though it would depend on the religion, some are more controling than others.
Ecclesiastes 2:26 To the man who pleases him, God gives wisdom, knowledge and happiness, but to the sinner he gives the task of gathering and storing up wealth to hand it over to the one who pleases God. This too is meaningless, a chasing after the wind.

My relationship with Jesus is what gives me happiness, without him their is nothing. If I wasn't happy in my religion then I would find another or a different church.

Considering my religion brings me happiness, I don't see how this is possible.
If by happiness you are referring to a relationship with someone of a different religion, I'd embrace both. It shouldn't matter as long as you remain true to yourself.

Not possible. My happiness is because of two things ... my marriage and my religion ... and my marriage is one of the reasons I love the religion I have ...
