We were just talking about that yesterday at the diner, don't you remember? You didn't have any money on you and I loaned you a fifty.

Seriously, you may have a lot going on and if your not getting enough sleep, it's easy to get side tracked. Make sure your eating right and getting rested.

If it continues, just make an appointment with your doctor and get checked out.

Memory loss is a common symptom of depression, so I would definitely consider that. Lack of adequate quality and quantity of sleep is also a major cause of memory loss in the young. I strongly suggest you see your doctor, as only s/he can diagnose the cause of your memory loss, prescribe meds, and send you to a specialist if you need one.

I have wrestled with memory problems for years and find that the Nintendo DS game BrainAge is really helpful. Other people like to do crossword puzzles and sudoku to give the brain a little exercise, and it really works. Good luck.

I think it important that you see a physician because it could be a number of things. You are too young for this to happen, and there may some issues that need resolving early. I have traumatic brain injury for a fall, and that is just one of the residues. If you have hit your head that would be a reason, too

I am the same way and I am 33. I got myself a PDA to help with some things. take notes and read them over and over.
I know I fall under the stress, anxiety, sleeping troubles, and depression (and a few other mental health illnesses),

so rest, get enough sleep, and exercise and eat healthy.

You should see your Dr.so you can have some tests to see if there is something physically going on. It could be stress related or a problem with the brain. The sooner you find out the easier it will be to treat

They say doing math in your head helps, crossword puzzles and similar type puzzles.

I feel like I'm going through the same thing at 45. My dr. said it was just because I'm anxious and have a lot to think about. My processor is overloaded, he said.

Probably outside sources are contributing to your memory loss. Stress can effect your memory.
