what is a good way to get someone to notice me enough to ask him out?

Dress very cute and always perfect around him showing him obvious signs you are interested. Flirt with him whenever possible.....Touch his arm or elbow. It is amazing what entering the "friend" space and going past it can do. Smile and if it comes available ask him if he would like to do something. I was a whoose and my friends used to have to tell me as beautiful women scared the crap out of me(oh yeah they still do!!!)

Just be yourself, I agree with everyone else's answerer's. flirt with him a lil then just ask him out. which is easier said then done.

well, i would say, be his friend first. he will get to know the real you, and if its meant to happen, it will, and he will realize that a lovely girl, that hes been dreaming of, is standing right next to him.
