That all depends on the quality of the video, the format the camera saves the video as, etc

21MB is much too small to be of any use. It's just your camera's built-in memory and is quite useless because it only allows around 10 or less images and less than a minute of video.

My camera records high quality 'movies' at 1.7MB per sec, which means the 'video' is not overly compressed and therefore looks quite good. Other cameras tend to compress their video a little...to a lot more, which means more recording time, but lower quality.

Either way, 21MB is an extremely small capacity.

You will need to buy a memory card (1-2GB minimum). That's roughly 1000-2000MB (a little less after the card has been formatted).
A card of this size is needed if you want to save a good amount of images and/or movies. Cards are cheap to buy these days...

Hi. The chip that stores that 21Mb will be the first thing you will replace. Trust me! That would be a short movie of maybe a minute or two duration. A 1Gb chip is pretty cheap these days.

It depends on the resolution. The lower the resolution the longer you can have but the quality is worse. Is there any indicators showing the time left? Maybe you can try to use it and see how long it can take.
