Depends on the bottle, but you would be pushing it to leave the wine in the freezer for 7hrs. Not just because it could freeze and explode as the wine expands, but because you really shouldn't be drinking wine that cold to start with. Red wine should really be served at room temp, and white wine should be chilled to about 8-10°C, which is a higher temp than most fridges. If you put the bottle in the fridge instead it will be nicely chilled and you don't have to risk it exploding.

Do not freeze you wine.

Also the choice of chilling it depends on what kind of wine you have. Your wine is only 5% alcohol (which sounds very low - most red wine is at least 12%) but a very sweet wine might have this alcohol content. In general sweet wines should be chilled - just leave them in the fridge. If your wine is a rose then chill it. Some people like to chill Pinot Noir but most red wine should be served at room temperature.

As a rule, the higher the alcohol content, the colder your freezer must be to freeze it. So beer and wine (4%-14% alcohol) will freeze in the average home freezer while vodka (40% alc) will stay liquid.
