this is a question for anyone who is jewish or any religion besides Christian. im an atheist and have no problem with those that are devoted to their religions. But how do u continue to keep your head high with those who constantly degrade and mock you for practicing your religion?

It's not hard to keep your head high when those who mock you keep their heads so low.
Sometimes it bothers me, sometimes I just let it roll off my back. I do the best to not let it bother me, and to ignore them. I just keep asking myself why it's any of their business in the first place, and then I amuse myself by thinking of lots of crazy reasons it could possibly be their business.

(I'm LDS/Mormon. We are Christians, though. We believe in Jesus).
I can handle the ridicule because I believe in my religion. I believe in Jesus Christ. Other people mocking me does not matter, because I think I am doing what my Savior wants me to be doing. And what my Savior wants of me is much more important in my personal life than what a few people on Yahoo Answers think =)

Why might want to I let the opinion of small minded human beings hardship me? regardless of each little thing dose it hardship you at the same time as human beings degrade you for being an atheist? I say stay and allow stay. i do no longer pontificate and lord my non secular beliefs on others and that i ask in turn they do no longer do a equivalent to me. If that bothers them a lot then it is their difficulty no longer mine. observant Jew.

The same way anyone else would. I just realize that people have their opinions and they speak what they hear rather than getting the facts.
I look at it this way, if someone wants to believe what they believe than that's their business just as my beliefs are mine. :0) That's what free agency is all about
