sometimes if im really tired i get sleepy at around 9pm but on other occasions i also sleep at 1am and most of the time i sleep at 11pm. so Does it really matter what time i sleep as long as i get 8-10 hours of undisturbed and continuous sleep? im 15 a year old boy

I never heard about it being an issue of what time you go to sleep. I think time to your body is only a state of mind. Because depending on what part of the world you are in, it will always be a different time. I do know that we need at least 8 hours of sleep.

as long as ur getting 8-10 hours of sleep i dont thing it matters what time you go to sleep.

The few hours difference is not a big deal, it's good you're getting as much sleep as you do.

Not everyone requires a lot of hours to sleep. If you're comfortable with that many hours. . . go for it. Enjoy your sleep now while you're young.

yeah it doesnt matter what time you go to sleep just as long as you get some sleep
